Static Custom Coatings offers sandblasting, out gassing, and sanding preparation of parts for best quality powder adhesion. We have a 12’ wide, 10’ tall and 16’ deep oven that has a built in 12’ wide, 6’ tall and 26’ long extension for long products like beams, railing, and fencing.

We specialize in powder coating small and large production runs in a variety of pigments, textures, and glosses. We can provide custom coatings that protect from UV light, chips, scratches, chemical damage abrasion, corrosion, and high temperatures.
